The name Masskara was dedicated to the traditional Masskara festival celebrated every year in October on Negros Island. By adding honey, the sweetness of the rum comes to the fore and is also noticeable through notes of candied fruit and caramel. Different, local spices make the aroma unique and round off the taste wonderfully
